Use our Estimate tool and submit your form. We will get back to you ASAP. Or, if you are uncertain of what you need, use our contact page and send us a message; we will contact you back and listen to your needs and advise accordingly.

We need all the information that you would like to have on your website; this includes the following: Written Content: This would be anything like the services you provide, the products you sell, company information, etc. Usually, a company profile will suffice. Images/Photographs: Your logo, images, and photos (Please enquire if you do not have this available). Contact Information: Telephone, Fax, Physical Address, Email Address, etc. Custom Needs: Include all custom features you require; if you have examples, send that to us.

We require a 50% deposit for all Website design and development. The deposit secures your domain name and hosting. The balance is due upon completion of the website. Hosting costs are 12 months for local hosting. Cloudways-we will create an account for you, and you will be required to add your billing details. Billing is month to month.

The time to live depends on your website's size and features and whether there is custom front-end coding or design work. A typical 5-page website can take 5-10 days if all the information is submitted.

Yes, we use responsive WordPress themes created to work on all devices, from phones to tablets and standard desktops.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. We offer basic to advanced SEO. We optimize the page titles, descriptions, and alt tags, create a sitemap, submit your website to Google for indexing, and use specific keywords designed to increase your website's search hit rate.

Depending on your hosting package, your website will have state-of-the-art backend security. Furthermore, we activate security plugins, set them up for you, and can add your website to Cloudflare at an additional cost. You can find the pricing under the custom options on the estimate tool.

We provide your username and password for you to log in and make changes. However, we offer a management package if you do not know how to do this. For a monthly fee, we will do the updates for you and post your changes. Our package includes security patches, plugin updates, and any front-end updates you might require.

We accept PayPal, Payfast (Snapscan, Zapper, MasterPass, Instant EFT) and Eft Payments. All websites require a 50% deposit. Cloudways hosting is billed directly to the user on a monthly billing cycle.

Web hosting is the service that you need to have your site go live on the internet. Website hosting companies are like landlords of real estate—they own a building, and they lease out the space to others. Ultra-Hosting: Good for e-commerce, forums, and larger directory websites. We will advise accordingly and also suggest Cloudways for those who have resource-intensive websites.

Host your website with us and choose from our range of web hosting packages. All plans include Plesk Panel and will allow you to manage all aspects of your website hosting package from the creating of email accounts, managing databases, backing up your website, and viewing your website statistics. Our downloads section offers a user guide on how to use the Plesk Control Panel. Our support team is ready to help you. Simply use the online chat or send us a support ticket and we will assist you.

For website hosting packages, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time through the Client Area, or if you require assistance just let us know and we will assist you. For cancellations, you’ll need to provide us with a calendar month’s notice

Depending on your package you will be able to host from 1 to unlimited websites on your hosting. You can check the allowed amount under the options for each hosting account.

Our Lite Speed Server are located in various locations and by using quic.cloud we are able to server your webstie from a location closest to you and your customers.

Your Hosting package is billed monthly with a pro-rata bill if you join halfway into a month. We require a month's notice for any cancellation.
